Yes there will be a special man,
You are signified by Saturn ( Capricon on 1st Cusp and Aquarius intercepted
in the 1st also ruled by Saturn ).
A special man with romance is 5th House matter ruled by Mercury (Gemini
on the 5th Cusp ).
Mercury is in the same house as Saturn so there is some contact personally
but very little as the orb is too wide for a conjuction. However, the Moon
is in conjunction with Saturn with 2 degrees ( and 5 minutes ) indicating
a positive outcome. The time period is something to do with "2" - I would
guess at 2 months probably not 2 years as although Saturn is slow the Moon
is the most active.

The south node is in the 5th indicating there is some discomfort with the
relationship. Saturn does apply to Venus showing your willingness to
establish a valuable relationship but developing it into something more
than romance ( Mercury sextile Mars, Mars intercepted in Leo in the 7th House )
is probably going to cause some kind of awareness of a committed future
but not to be realised - Mars being intercepted and maelific.
