Hi Sunil0811,
To get a horary question answered the chart for the moment of
asking the question needs to be able to be drawn. This means
one must have the question but also the date, local time ( that
is the clock time usually used locally ) and the location as
in city/state or country.
The Horary practitioner uses this to get the transits for when the
question was asked and work through the significators of the
question to get the answer.
Could you add date, time and place you asked the question and
we can take it from there :)
