In my opinion you will not be able to buy property. Property is matter of 4 house, rule ris Sa rx. Your ruler Ma is in detriment and peregrine, enable to act, just inside of 7 house, you are in power of sellers.There are no applaying aspect between your rulers, Moon or Ma with Sa rx, so the answer to your question is No.
