But could it help out with the question, or just show what it is?
I mean, it sounds like an event chart to me. Cast the chart, the chart shows the event. So, cast the chart, the chart shows what the focus is on and you can derive the question from it, certainly, I could see it. But, could you get the solution to the question out of it too or would you need a different chart for that?

While making predictions through horary astrology one should ,at first, check up the genuinity of the question by checking the question asked. This is where 'Mouna' or Mouka' prashna starts.
