Serbian home sport kit is red color quite appropriate with Ar on ASC and its ruler Ma.
Slovenian away kit is green color quite appropriate with Li on DSC and its ruler Ve, but I think they will wear home sport kit which is white, also appropriate with Li and ruler Ve(because of Tv broadcast, to easier recognise who is who).
We see ruler of ASC, Ma, is on cusp of 7 house, according to Frawley that is most strong testimony that ASC team, Serbia, will win! This position signify that DSC team is in power of ASC team. There is one more thing and that is ruler of DSC is on last deegre - that is sign of misfortune for DSC team.

So, that Frawley's rule did not work - probably because of fact that Ma was in detriment, and if we look at dignities, Ve has advantage, so  this placement of Ma  balance Ve advantage and match end as draw.
