You are first house ( ruled by Saturn, Co-ruled by Jupiter and Neptune )
Your current location is 4th house ruled by Venus and co-ruled by the Moon.
Your new location is 7th house ( 4th from the 4th ) ruled by the Sun and
Co-ruled by Mars.

The primary consideration here is that Moon opposes Sun ( 1 degree 30 applying )
and indicate a tendency to self will and imperiousness through a profoundly
distinct cleavage in life so that it feels one side is split from the other.
Perhaps professional life ( Sun in 10th and Sun is ruler of 7th - Other people )
is distasteful and conflicts with the real interests of the querant despite
the outer calmess ( calmess with Sun trine Mars, Conjunction Venus, Sextile
Jupiter and separating from a sextile to Saturn ). There seems to be
precipitating trouble with a person of different character and results in incompatibility
with brusque and rude manners exchanged.

Also there is a special sensitivity and emotionally withdrawn approach to life
from occasional random rough interactions. Any correction tends to lead to
quarrels and estrangements despite the best intentions of the querant
and person involved.

Other  effects are present but are of less significance ( Jupiter opposition
Mars, Neptune opposition Mars).

However Jupiter is in the Ascendant and that bodes well for a new move.
But confused by Neptune being in applying conjunct to Jupiter...

Sun ( 7th house ruler ) trine Mars ( ruler of 10th house of public
perception and 3rd house of querant thinking ) indicates more dilemmas
with the move.

Note that Saturn rules the first house and also the 12th house -
the 12th house containing North node. North Node has a seperating
Sextile to Uranus ( in the 2nd )  .. perhaps meaning that querant is
considering just lettting the past assume power of time past ( Saturn ruling
the 12 th house ) and the financial difficulties in moving are just
to hidden to really explore more deeply (Uranus in 2nd ).

In any case Saturn has a seperating sextile to the Sun, indicating that
querant was ready previously to move and did some good work to get this
situation going but the moment has passed. But as Venus is conjunct the
Sun and Venus has also a sextile to the Saturn  - querant is still focused
on the move - but for now the oppurtunity has gone.

I would judge that the querant is now considering that there is too much
disruption involved (Sun opposition Moon ) and production of confusion
would be the only end result as the move is based on desire more
than anything

I included the local space diagram of the positions of the planets for
the chart. Sun being South East and also roughly on the same line
as the Sun is the Moon on the North West side. This probably does not
match your intended direction reinforcing that the move is not on
and not in the forseable future ( 3 months ) - the direction being disturbed
away from South West.

We have had opportunity to move which I haven't made use of unfortunately. But this is getting imperative for our growth. Maybe the right time is yet to come and if I keep working towards making it happen... it will happen someday

I have a friend who does work like finding missing people.
He had a client that was getting older and had lost touch with
her daughter - a deep estrangement - anyway - the question
was soemthing like - I havnt seen my daughter in 12 years
where is she now ?

He applied the direction of the "Local Space" horary and then
used a mapping technique based on her natal chart. Fundamentally
see what she would be looking for  using the progressed moon
to see for example if she was working for money, romance safety
or whatever, Then set the geographical coordinates so that a map
can be produced that reflects the best place for the needs
expressed by the progressed moon. Finally, as there were multiple
members of the family- check the daughters natal chart to see
who should approach her using techniques like synastry et al.

As you know the USA is a large place and often we need to include
Canada and Mexico in things of this nature.. but he claims that
he got the best liklihood down to two places and the place with
the highest probability they got local private investigators to
search. She was found within 50 miles... and this is after more
than a decade of absolutely no contact.

The relevance here is just that perhaps in a case such as this
one needs to check the needs carefully by whatever method
you prefer. Then use that to satisfy which place is the best place.
Perhaps currently the manifestation of the change is for "desire" -
but perhaps this is only a facet of the need that we are trying
to manifest from the Universal Expression. If we look at this carefully
possibly there is an additional or underlying cause and we can
see where to move and when to move once that is located.

Just as in my friends example above, check what the associated
need is present with the manifested need... of course do everything
possible to verify this .. then we can fairly easily get the best
place and time to achieve this...
