If the horary was done on Oct 26, 2009 - and we're looking for the perfecting trine's timing here:

Jupiter in 17 Aquarius trining Mercury 27 Libra.

What date would that be please?

Humm - if you are doing a horary for
Oct 26, 2009 at 12:00 midday in UK, London
there is a seperating trine from Mercury
to Jupiter of 9 degrees and 18 minutes that
was exact on October 20, 2009 at 9:48:39 pm
In UK, London.

Is that what you were after ?

Timing depends on a lot of factors. Sometimes it's based on the calendar date of an aspect perfecting and sometimes it's based more off of a symbolic timescale found within the chart itself, then at other times it's simply an weird concoction based off of the signs and houses the planets involved are in. It gets pretty complicated, and it's not something I've ever come close to mastering.

Airgon is right, Me is faster planet then Ju and separate from Ju, so we have no applaying aspect in this chart between that 2 planets.

I'm confused, because I was told that based on this chart - Merc would trine Jupiter at some point. When I used transits on astro.com, I got Jan 5, 2009. (The question was will I see him again" and this was asked on Oct 26, 2009.
