Not sure what to make out of this chart.    I see my significator Saturn is not making aspects, it just arrived in Libra.    But Moon is in the sign of communication, Gemini.
Any one want to look at it.   Not very horary knowledgable.

The other person is the 7th H ruler, Sun (and Mars I think, because Mars is sitting there too.)

Those major planets don't make aspects to each other. Saturn/Sun, Saturn/Mars, Moon/Sun, Moon/Mars.

The reason Moon may be in the "communication" sign is that this Moon represents your emotional side. Maybe you "want" communication/speaking to take place.

I think your right.   I mean I have little knowledge of horary and I am not sure if I am supposed to be looking at past aspects, I don't see any Sun from Saturn to indicate something that happened in the past.    I think its a no too.   Thanks.

For example , is it a husband, friend or your mother ?

That wasy we can determine the house of the person.

oh well he used to be a friend, 11th house?   but we got into a fight some months ago so we are not freinds anymore.   i thought he would call because he usally does especially for my birthday he alwayus has for the last five years.
