Hey all!  This is my first post here; I was told about this site after asking about horary on IRC.  I've been wanting to learn horary for a while, but I haven't found much on it beyond the absolute basics, so I figure having a query done would help me learn at least some more.

I'm a senior in college and and I'm going to graduate in May, 2010.  I've been attending the career fair over the past few days and I'm starting the job hunt.  Will I have a full-time position with benefits lined up by the time I graduate in May?

Me rx will  sextile Ma, so that is "yes" answer to your question, you will have full-time job.

An interesting chart ...

Fensi88 did you notice that the Moon as the
secondary ruler of the querant has a square
to Mercury Rx, Moon is intercepted in the first
house and the Moons last aspect squares Saturn.
Saturn a secondary ruler of the job.

Moon does have an applying sextile to Jupiter
but Jupiter is retrograde...

Mars has a nice set of applying trines and
sextiles in the eight showing the querants
willingness to work to what is offered.

What is interesting though is that if we change
the question to study ( 9th house ) we still have
issues but there is a way out with short term
study ( 3rd house ) and the Part of Fortune
is there with an applying sextile to the Moon
and conjunction to Jupiter. Dispositor of the
Part of Fortune is Saturn with Saturn making
an applying  sextile to Mars .. and Saturn
is in the 10th house of career and Mars is the
querant ruler.

Perhaps tascil can supply additional information
if there is a chance for doing a subsequent course
to either focus or expand her range - perhaps
even a "licencing course" ( licencing as some kind
of additional qualification mechanism with Saturn
involved )  to extend the range of opportunity ?

I recently went to a career fair, and though I haven't heard back from the companies I talked to, one mentioned a 14-week residential training course out-of-state that would put me on the fast track for a consulting career.  It's not my first choice, but I'm willing to consider whatever options I have.  Beyond that, I can't think of a licensing or training course I'd have to take beyond my current degree.  I'm finishing up the courses related to my major this semester, and next semester I'm planning on electives I've been wanting to take for a while but have no connection to my major (just my hobbies).

Because I'm new to horary, this is really deep for me.  Could you explain what you meant with the Moon being intercepted and its last aspect being a square to Saturn, and why that's important?  Also, why did you consider the 9th house as another quesited, if any reason beyond getting a different view of the situation?

I think the 14 week course is the only viable option.
The other houses are all not indicative of any real
action. If we had the ninth house active then we
could consider the option of additional degree
studies or more specialization - but at the level
of extended and certified study - normally college
level or university style.

The Moon intercepted I interpret - and I am sure there
are other interpretations as the Moon is your secondary
ruler especially of "function" or perhaps the word
function can be transliterated into "action" - the Moon
is held back inside other considerations. These considerations
are almost definately what you feel (Moon) but do not understand
( there is no Sun applying aspect to the Moon  BUT
there is a wide seperating Sun aspect of 12 degrees
55 minutes  indicating past ideas and hopes [ Sun is in
Libra and Libra rules 11th house of Career future ]
about the future no longer apply ). The Moon is
is in Sagittarius, thus dispositor is Jupiter Rx in the
third house. The Moon is your held back action
(function ) or delayed action due to the need to
take the Jupiter Rx ruler of Sagittarius ( reorder study to
employers custom and style - Jupiter is natural ruler of
the Ninth house ( of higher study ) action. We know this
is important as  your ruler ( primary querant ruler ) is defined by
Scorpio on the Ascendant ruled by Mars in the 8th and in Cancer
and the Moon rules Cancer so we know function is
the prime idea in this chart  - everything focusing on the Moon.

Note as well that that Mars is in fall in Cancer and that the
Moon is strong by Lily weight.  Mars being the primary querant
significator in "fall" verifying the querants state of mind
of weakness for the future.  Mars is in 8th house of
"other people future" as against say the querants future
house which is the second house or say the career future
house which is the 11th house.

Last aspect of the Moon indicates the final outcome. In this
case with Saturn square as the last aspect of the Moon
we know that delays will occur and a redfinition of personal
emotional values and in all personal mundane affairs ( like
residence, income, expenditures and friendships as a small
list ).
