Hi Cory,
You are correct in saying I did not provide any
answers. I was trying in my previous posts
to point out that there are no clear results for
this particular chart. There is some real confusion
in the Venus opposition Neptune. Note that
there is a seperating conjunction of the ninth
house ruler of travel in this case Jupiter with Neptune.
However, as an aside before I go on - there
are exceptionaly skilled horary practioners
that are able to read nearly any chart. As
we are really all students, incrementing skill
yields answers to more difficult charts.
Yes you can get two answers to a chart but
the problem is that as you add additional
questions it "can" get more difficult.
The way the questions are answered is
using house analysis primarily so if the
questions are :-
"does he love me"
"will I move to be with him"
"Will we marry"
and so on - these can be answered
using the split of house as in....
"does he love me" = first and 7th house
"will I move to be with him" = first and ninth
or possibly first and third house.
"Will we marry" = first, seventh and eleventh
houses ) or more depending on what kind
of marriage it is )
I think the best reply is really that the chart
echoes that it is too soon to get an answer.
Of course, as things progress it may present
minutes, hours, days or weeks later as
the ideas form.
What could be of use is to break the entire
question down ( always the best idea in any case )
to the simplest possible question. There may be
many of these as you slice and dice things out
of course.
Perhaps :-
"Will my kids change schools?"
"Will i move to Montana ( far away )"
and so on .. inch by inch resolving
each percieved issue that you feel
is of real pertinence and value.
Dont worry what you should be thinking
of the other persons concern so
much as your take on the situation.
Horary really works best for the issues as
seen by the person asking - once it gets into
questions like "But what will my boyfriend
feel if I move " we are diluting the resolution
as "a move " is now based on the boyfriends feeling.
Better to just ask "Will I move"
For those who are into a more technical
discussion - I am advocating avoiding
rotating the chart to put a pertitient
house on the ascendant - a "turned
chart". It can be done obviously but
with reduced resolution of the question(s).
Rethink the issue, reword as simply as
possible - and lets look again with
date, time and place recorded for the moment
the question became clear to you and you
wanted to ask the question.

Thank You for the new perspective... I will meditate on a rewording to achieve a more clear answer...
Once made clear, I will repost in this thread to avoid a repeat question in this forum... Thank You
for your insite! It is much appreciated!
Sincerely,
Cory

Hi Cory, You are more than welcome.
If I may speak in colloquial terms as
I do to my normal clients...
When you feel the impending burn - the risk of
the situation ( often involving loss of the
affection, unmanageable expense and
emotional unknown ) that is the moment of the
birth of the question. An awareness of the
situation in personal context.
Record the date, time and place and we should
have the situation in hand.
As a side issue, a subsequent chart that is
readable will in many ( not all ) cases then
provide a missing key, or peice of information,
to the previous chart that registered the confusion.
This subsequent chart is then affirmed by
the previous chart. Additional testimony
for the querant ( or client ) that solidifies
the adjudicated solution.

Hopefully this will help... I am interested to see if my rewording of this query is beneficial... LOL Let me know if you need more information... I added my romantic interest with his birthday for the possibility of extra information that was not provided before... Other than that, I dont' remember what other information was needed... I was in my home in Hollister, California when the question was rendered...
Let me know what you think.... :P
