ill try to see some things here .. but id like some help please! correct me anywhere im wrong
so im scorpio (ruler mars) and im the 8th house .. this shows my anxiety about the matter . he is taurus (ruler venus) and he is in the 9th house (travelling ? foreigner? ) he is not from my country by the way , he just lives and works here for the past 2 years
the moon , my other significator, is also in the 8th house .. what does this mean?
by the way there is no aspect between mars and venus ..
his 5th house ruler is mercury and mercury is its sign.. mercury in conjunction with saturn..

In this type of chart we do not need aspect between rulers, receptions are most important.
Yes, you pick up right rulers.
His ruler is in Moon's sign, that means he trully loves you. But you does not reciprocate his feelings. Both your significators are in no dignity of Ve.

Hi Jeanne29,
If I may try a different approach perhaps
we can see some additional viewpoints.
Your ascendant is Scorpio, so querent ruler is Mars
and co-ruler is Moon.
Mars is in Gemini so attention on some form of travel
and stimulation to satisfy the innate mental relestness.
As Mars is square Uranus in the 5th ( in mutual
reception with Neptune in the fourth ) there is a
feeling of restriction and a need to exert authority
or as you say - a kind of anxiety.
I am not sure if your friend is represented by the 7th
house. If he is a friend then ruler is Mercury which
is in Dignity, if he is represented by the 5th house
which I strongly suspect then ruler is Jupiter.
I prefer the 5th house ruler as the relationship
is and I quote
"i have a guy in my life for over a year now.. we are
not in a relationship... me meet occasionaly .. i dont
think he is the relationship type.. im confused because
he comes and goes into my life.."
which typifies 5th house speculative interaction. If it was 7th
house there would be a more formal behaviour ( ritual
and rythmical and relatively dependable - and very
probably recognized by the community as in a marriage
or recognition of some preservation by the community
of the mutual relationship ). Naturally 11th house
is friendship and this is probably more intimate than
a simple friendship ( as Mars is in 8th house of life ).
Note that there is a mutual reception with Jupiter
in the fourth and Uranus in the 5th also judging
not for friendhip but a more intimate but
speculative connection.
Moons is trine Neptune and Moons last aspect is square
Uranus so this will probably lead to eventual dissolution.
Mars ( you ) is in a seperating trine to ( his ) Jupiter
and Jupiter is retrograde indicating his intermitant
but reduction of commitment ( seperating Orb 1 degree
and 20 minutes ). His ruler Jupiter is disposed by
Saturn in a separating square to Mars indicating a
failing attempt at a relationship ( 11 th house is
7th house from 5th house ) but he has ability to glibly
ignore the details important to you - a mental block
in applying his attentions to your concerns -
handle the situation ( saturn applying conjuction
to Mercury Saturn in Mercury ruled Virgo ).
Moons first aspect is to a square with Mercury indicating
this as a pertinent issue and Moon in conjuction
with Mars as an almost emotional maleafic as Moon
in 8th conjunction Mars is indicating you are looking
for security. Moon is trine Jupiter ( aware of the
need for security ) but square Saturn and
Uranus so he is going to avoid commitment to this
security ( Moon applying to all three ).
Although there is the one aspect of the emotional
connection of the applying Moon to his significator
Jupiter other aspects for are weak and opposing
aspects rule this chart if he is represented by
the 5th House.
He is dimly aware of the issues as his Jupter sextiles
Pluto ( Pluto residing in the 2nd - your future ) and
Pluto in a opposition to Mars but as Jupiter seperates
from Pluto he has given up any open declaration
( your second house of your future is his 10 th
house ) and is going to act obtusely ( his Jupiter
in his 12th house ).
Does this help indicate his ( indifferent ) feelings ?
and as Venus ( disposed by the Moon in the 8th ) is
in your eighth house ruled by his 8th house ( Libra
on the cusp of your 12th house ) the feelings are
sexual ( Venus in applying square to his 8th house
which is your 12th house ) but are probably committed
to a more indepedant approach ( South Node in Cancer
disposed by the Moon ) and avoidance of any emotional
entanglements.
