Ok, You and place where you are is represented with first house ruler i.e.  Ve in Ta. Another place  is represented with ruler of 7 house in this case Ma in Ta. With ruler in fixed sign in first 1/3 sign it is unlike that it will be change soon. Ve, you, will conjunct Ma, another place at 15 degree, so there are 11 time units before something change. That means in best case you will be next 11 months in USA or in worst case you will be 11 years in USA.

Yes, the first house here signifies the native. The 7th. house, the husband.

Both are in the 8th with the 9th & 12th. lord mercury.  The first lord is most comfortable there out of the 3, and also having the same degree as the ascendant.

The 4th. lord Saturn is in 12th. having 15 units. The ascendant lord has 4 units having an applying aspect to the 4th lord. So after 11 units the aspect becomes complete between the ascendant and 4th. lords.

Better settlement after 11 years in terms of having a 'home'.

I did have some trouble in may on the dates you specified...wow! very good reading. Thank you so much both of you for the readings..hoping for some change in 11 "months" or "years".....I want it to be "months"..I'll wait and see.

Both 11 months and 11 years will be indicative. 11 months as mentioned.
