At this time, mercury is retrograde.  What does that mean to this reading?  It means that it would be best for you to ask this question again in a month or two.  There are some indications here of a love marriage, but also some sadness connected to it.  There is also some indication that the person you marry will be from your birthplace.  This is all I can say for now until a month or two.  I'm sorry for this delay, but I'd rather be accurate than quick.
