When I run a horary chart of your questions, I'm getting a definite yes, that you will find him and you will get married.  I'm having some problems getting a time line down, though.  Might just be me not seeing it.  But, I am seeing some things that you are needing to think about, and if you can resolve them, it will hurry this along.  This chart is showing that you have some conflicts between your heart and head, your intellect and your emotions so that sometimes you self-sabotage yourself.  Try to spend some time really thinking about what you want, and then don't settle for anything less.  Your chart is showing that you've gotten kicked around some, and been around people who have demoralized you, and as a result you aren't feeling that you deserve the things that you really want.  This can be serious obstacle with romance because it can cause you to settle for something less than what you want/need in a relationship.  I'd really suggest that you spend some time learning about yourself and giving yourself credit for the good person that you are.  No one, and I repeat, no one deserves anything less than to be treated with respect and love.  Respect yourself first by not tolerating bad behavior from others.
