Okay, I'm in a horary mood. I had cast a chart for this question for a few minutes after I understood the question (my computer was running REALLY slowly, so it was off), and I didn't like it. Your career was Mars Rx in Cancer, not good. So, I'm hoping the original question chart is better.

Anyway...what town in Virginia? There are several and all have different coordinates.

Anyway, it didn't look very good. Surprisingly, the chart set by your asking and the chart I created by understanding the quesiton looked very similar.

Unfortunatley, I don't see anything good happening as far as your career goes. It was Mars retrograde in Cancer, weak career, so I guess it doesn't help you much and you don't like it. The retrograde motion makes me think of going back, Luna will Sextile this Mars, showing what I think is you being demoted or going back into a responsiblity you thought you'd advanced beyond. Mars is hidden in the Twelfth, so there's something about the job you don't know about.

Actually I love my 6-figure salary career a lot! But being promoted is another thing. Being an avid astrology geek myself, I was looking for affirmation for what I figured was going to happen in the next six months! Thanks anyways!!
