Wow, one question at a time. I could do three questions in one on the last horary I did because they were all related to one thing, a child. These questions seem to be spread out over about three different houses. So, I think it's best you seriously consider which of those questions are more important to you, and set the time of a new question based on your priorities.

Thanks. The question is 'Will I graduate this semester?'
Technical jazz: You're Saturn, peregrine in Virgo, showing you feel you have no power over what's going on and you're letting your environment shape you instead of asserting your will to do what you feel you should. Saturn is in the Eighth house of greif and despair, sounds good, right? Hehe. Saturn is receiving a Trine from a well placed Luna, who happens to be the Lady of the Seventh, which would seem to signify that you have a partner in this (or that you may very well need to find one) who can help you. College itself is Mercury in Scorpio, while by itself it's about on the same level as you (showing that you can, indeed, handle college) Mercury is in mutual reception with Mars who rules the Fourth and Eleventh houses, so your home environment and your relationships with friends, scholarship funding, or even your own personal goals are making college seem a greater challenge than it would be on its own. Luna is forming a firm Opposition with Mercury, as you are considering dropping out and leaving college behind. Luna is past the exact point for the Opposition, so you may have already made up your mind to leave and are looking for confirmation from this chart. Mercury is approaching a Sextile with Saturn, showing that this higher education is coming to you, also figuring in that Mercury disposits Saturn, there is a firm connection.
Final word: The deck is stacked against you, not because school is difficult, but because of other situations you are in are blowing school out of porportion. You can handle it (as Saturn in Virgo is a Sign to begin studying and learning in as they're both very academic), but the situation is holding you back. Learn from Saturn in Virgo and break everything up. There's a place for everything and everything should be in its place. Keep school separated from everything else and you'll do fine.
Personal words: If it's your dream. Fight for it. Nothing worth having comes by just sitting around, wishing on distant stars to make it come true.

I moved here to Tampa Florida about four years ago and i am starting to feel this was the worst decision i have taken in my life. i gained 40 pounds, failed a bounch of classes and have had tons of issues with mental, physical and spiritual health. I have done nothing but struggle here in attempts to get my life back together and finish school to get out of this town. So my questions are these: Was moving here to Tampa Florida a huge setback to my life? Will I finally graduate the end of this semester, and will I ever get into medical school? And should I move back home with my mother or try to find some where else to move to? Will I get my life back in order?

Hi,
From your horary chart it is clear that your questions related to movement/change and also worry about studies.
The above means that my reply is in the right direction.
Reply:=
1) Your moving from the previous town/city would yield proper productive results.
2)It seems your study factor was affected MORE after Sept 2006.
After April 2008 your study evironment becomes better. You will
graduate about 2 and a half years from now, that is in 2010.
This has confirmation by another system= Narayan dasa of your D-24 chart
Do keep me updated.
RishiRahul
