Based on the time & date of your query, and in the absence of Place from where you made the query, I am of the view  &  I see some hitch in getting the property and  I  also see some expenditure  from your side to get the property in hand. The aspect of mars (which is also the 12th lord) on the 4th house is the cause for it.
