Hi there,  A dear frieind of mine suffers severely from Tinnitis (Ringing in the ears)  He has just recently come back from a trip to Egypt, where the air flight has reintroduced a higher louder ringing, which is driving the poor man crazy! Can anyone help with a remedy to assist?????
