Iam a 28 year old female and my hands and my feet are always ice cold. The skin on both is very thin and when I get cold my hands and feet look almost purple. It seems like the circulation to my legs and my hands is very poor and is causing a bit of concern please help!

Try the following medicine.

1. elaps coralinus 200 daily one dose early in the morning empty stomach

these above medicine will cure your problem.

Do you have any other signs and sympotms that go along with your initial complaint? Are they generally always cold even in warmer weather? Do you have any pre existing blood conditions or arthrits run in your family?

There are conditions which will mean that your blood flow is not effectively going to your extremeties such as Reynards but these are extreme and not common. If it becomes a bigger problem or is very very painful or you find you are getting sores etc then see a doctor to see if he could better assess all your symptoms.

i agree there are natural medications that can be used but a complete blood work and a physical is a top on the list ..

My Grandma had been a nurse and she suggested I take CHOLINE BITARTRATE. Its not expensive. It doesnt upset your stomach. I noticed a difference within a month. As a bonus, it claims to strengthen y our heart and lungs.

I would also find a GOOD and RECOMMENDED chiropractor If I were you.You mayb have some pressure point going on from an old fall or something. *S*
