Just wondering if there is any thing I can do for nerve damage between my L4 and L5.  I have been going to a Pain clinic for about 2 months and they keep giving me epiderals in my back of steriods and it will work about 2 weeks then im back to square 1. I know that something must work by natural healing or herbs or something. I still work fulltime and I just wondered if anyone had a suggestion.  Thanks so Much

exercises and stretching might help with the doctor approval. Also a body cleansing
to detox the waste in the body wont hurt either. ie. liver cleanse, bowel cleanse and
parasite cleanse. Then maybe your body will get a chance to heal what ails you.

You call this nerve "damage", was there actually damage to the nerve?
Nerves do not normally regenerate.

I healed my L4/5 problem with a hard matress, biomagnets, change of exercises, and the right vitamins.  Try B12, injections the best, folic acid, any other nutrienst that support the nerves.
If you did not have an accident then ayalyze your normal posture and movements.  If you do not have disk problems this could be the cause.
Walk a lot!  Exercise is important for recovery.

It is hard to lay hands on youself so have someone do it for you and picturein your mind energy flowing from their hands into your healed back.

Misty, I to have lower pain.. When I had my son at the age of 24, I had an
epidural, The first try they did damage for life~!! You can't even touch where they hit me..
The kept on trying at least 5 more times after they hurt me the first time... The they had to do a blood patch, I had a spinal headack..
Didn't work also...
I can not have anymore children because of what they did to me...
But wow, thanks for the tip who replied to Misty~!!
