For your congestions,  heat water to just before boiling.  Put a teaspoon of vicks vapor rub in a bowl, and the water, stir.  Breathe in the vapor.  That's the fast way.  you could always get eucalyptus & do the same.  when water cools, soak a washcloth , wring & apply to the aches.

If you still have a fever after 72 hrs, or start getting light headed, get to the doctor.
