DEHYDRATION; If you have dehyration drinking of water mixed with lime is very good.

Drinking of pure Mousambi i.e. Sweet Lime juice and Orange Juice. I once had Dehydration and I was advised to stop eating food and have Sweet Lime Juice and eating of Sweet Lime only for 2 days. This is very helpful.

P.S. All the information I give is from my personal experience of extensive travelling. I had to cure myself without a Doctor's visit as I was on my own and I believed more in Nature's way of treating myself.

I believe in nature's way of healing, as much of the time.
I have found watermelon juice is very rehydrating for me. It is filled with nutrients.
