I'm afraid one of the best options is a laparoscopy and on target treatment. Otherwise investigate hormonal regulation, that may help, it can be a very painful condition.

I have the same thing. I've found that hormone regulation was the best fit. I went from surgeries every year to having my first one coming in March after 6 years. It's weird how birth control pills do so much. However, I'm also given ultram for cramps and it does wonders. And once your hormones are reigned in, you'll find other aspects of your health improving too. My epilepsy is not nearly as bad as it was when I was unregulated.
