Celiac/Coeliac Disease cannot really be "cured", as far as I understand it. It is a genetic, hereditary disease that manifests in only some carriers of this gene. Usually, people will have to go through a lifestyle adjustment to relieve symptoms of Celiac/Coeliac related to consumed wheat and gluten products.
There are some informational sites out there that can really help you out... Nothing really beats talking to your doctor and getting a referral to a nutritionist, however.
Have you officially been diagnosed?
A few friends of mine are a Celiacs/Coeliacs too. They just stay away from wheat and gluten and eat alot more of their own home-prepared food, because it is easier to prevent eating gluten-contaminated food.
