A mineral called Lecithin is supposed to aid in lowering cholesterol. There are also herbal remedies and a check of their ingredients might help.

Hello VN Purohit,

It worked on me big time..
I have not used them in almost 2 years..
My cholesterol is high again...
But I did do this..
I took one pill for a week, then 2 on the second week,
then 3 on the third week..
It lowered in time, and eating healthier and exercise daily light moderation works to..
Talk with you Doctor if it's ok for you with meds you take, to be on the safe side...

Omega fish oil pills I also took but found it creating side effect like piles.I had pile problem earlier but was under control. This intake escalated pile problem.So I stopped id.
