Ok, I've been doing this for years, and it works! I have recommended it to friends and family and they all thank me.
First get an egg and set it out until its room temperature
put your hair up and wear an old shirt
separate the egg and put the yolk into a cup
mix up the egg yolk really good with a fork
use your fingers and smooth the yolk over entire face and neck
be careful not to get in the eyes, nose or mouth.
It could possibly carry salmonela poison, so be careful how long you leave it out, how old the egg is, how hot the room temp is, etc. I have never had a problem, but its a possibility so be careful.
let it dry completely and then wash off with glycerin soap and water with a soft wash cloth. use a face lotion for your skin type
Do this every night until your skin clears
The egg yolk is pure fresh vitamin A
If skin gets irratated, then wash with oatmeal water, blend oatmeal and water, strain, then use milky water. Or make it thicker for a paste mask
My skin is clear, people constantly are amazed that I'm a grandma, and I don't buy expensive products ever!
