Would like to get tips for hair  care and hair loss

I am taking iron and vitamin e i have oily hair hence i do not use  any type of oil on my scalp but on hair ends only.

my diet is fruits , sprouts and vegetarian food

first try brushing it a few times through out the day, this will help distribute the oil  from the base to the ends. if your already doing that, or its still not working as well as yout like, try a clarifing shampoo, or maybe a volume shampoo. this should help remove more of the oil buildup. then get a light-weight conditioner and run that through your hair. even though your hair may be oily, take some extra virgin olive oil, and apply that all over, but focus more on the ends. exspecially if you color or bleach your hair, use alot of thermal product (flat irons, curling irons, blowdryer on high), try the olive oil once a month. it should help even out the oil balance on your hair, and help repair any damage. let me know how it worx.
