Duality made simple
    It is hard for us to comprehend something when we are in it. Lets just say that it is like being in the Matrix, it takes a little personal work to even comprehend it. And somewhere along the way I found out that it is just an illusion.
    Look at duality as being a mindset, a way for us to process the information with our brain. It could be called a polarized mindset where all things we that perceive have to be polarized and balanced by something else. The start of this duality is in our distant history and some even call this history a myth. Do you remember the Garden of Eden? The tree of knowledge with the fruit that contained the knowledge of good and evil. To me this was us as humans making a choice as to the type of consciousness that we would use while we were in this stage of our spiritual evolution.
    Lets say that the Creator God uses Mackintosh dos, unified mind of one as the format for sending us all of our information from the other side and lets say that we as humans use Microsoft, a polarized, mind of two as our format. And on top of all this we have an ego that only lets us hear what we want to hear and not what is being said. Our world can only end up being one heck of a mess.
    There is this saying somewhere (as inside so also outside); the meaning for me is that we have no choice but to create our own reflection. So if we are split on the inside and living with the mindset of duality, then the best that we can ever do is keep the balance. We can never close the book on two never ending stories, War and Peace, Good and Evil. We cannot bring about this golden age, the new world that we all want and that we were promised long ago.

              How did we get into duality?
    When I started looking at duality and working my way out of it I had to understand a little bit about how I got into it. I thought that I was born with it at first, but I was shown differently. As children we are all born whole, but we are not yet mature and it is in our upbringing that this division takes place in our consciousness. And for myself it started in the most surprising place.
    As children we trust our parents more than anyone on this world. But for me this is where my internal conflict began. Do you remember Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy? It seems innocent enough to us today from where we sit now. But as children, sit and think on it for a moment. The people that you trusted most in this world lied to you from birth. Not all people had parents that loved them and raised them, so each of our stories are not the same.
    As children when we look at a friend that we have made at school or at our church, we do not see them as being different from us. At a very young age we do not see the difference between girls and boys. This difference is taught to us by the world around us. As children we do not see children of different colors being different from us, this is a difference that is taught to us by the world around us. These things that we learn, these differences are the worlds we of taking our innocence from us.
    As children there is part of us that knows that these things that we are being taught by the world around us are not right, but we are not yet mature enough to figure these things out for ourselves. So we are left with this internal conflict that we cannot settle in our hearts and minds. Some of us as children start to have nightmares because of these things. The only way that we can live with ourselves is to split ourselves at these very deep levels. This is our acceptance of duality, the grand illusion, or the Matrix.
    Once we have matured we are left with this nagging filling that something just is not right. Almost all of our children have this feeling, a knowing that there is more for them, but the how and the where cannot be found anywhere.

If we are in duality and we are doing nothing to work our way out of it, as in consciously going after our spiritual growth on very deep levels, then we enter into dramas and conflicts with other people. And if we do not have anyone or anything to oppose then we will create our own opposition. We all know how we like to draw lines in the sand and force others to choose which side they want to stand on.
    Most of us say that we do not like confrontation and in that case we join a group and we form a group consciousness. Most of us have this herd mentality and when our group gets so big even it will split and the two factions will start dramas and conflicts between the two of them.
    Look at the USA and some of its pollicies hor other countries. Our leaders go into other countries and put people in power that they want for our countries own personal gain. But all that we create while we are in duality has no choice but to reflect the true inner nature of its creator. Our leaders have rules and laws that they must obey so they choose people to take power in these other countries who are just like they are. So that they can see their true inner reflection.
    Our CIA went in and put many people into power in other countries. Osoma Bin Lauddin was our creation. General Manual Noreago was our creation. Sudam Hussain was our creation.  What this says to me is that if our leaders could get away with the acts these other men were commiting they would do just that.
    Alot of us in these spiritual forums say that we create our own reality and I believe this myself. But few of us want to go to the deepest depths to see the truth of our own personal responsibiliy.

So what do u suggest some should do about it. I mean to recitfie the Duality.

Personal clearing work is a process of faceing who we have become. It is a process of clearing out all of our hatreds, resentments, fears, charector defects, our short comings, making amends to all of those that we have harmed. and changing how we think untill it comes in line with God, Creator, and or Higher Power. Frank Fools Crow of the Lakota Sioux simply called it becoming the hollow bone. He was one of the last great ones that had his spirit abilities documented.
The personal clearing work is a long process and for some it is very painful as we see the truth in who we have become. The process is written in almost all of our belief systems. But we as humans would rather fight over who's way is right and who's way is wrong instead of doing the work itself. It is all the same, just different words to discribe the very same process. The 12-Steps of A.A. is where this process has been spelled out the clearest of all in todays world. It is the very same process that the ancient mystics used to become enlightened. It ends all of our inner conflict so that we can start to work our way out of this duality mind consciousness.
What was it that the christians master Jesus said " if you can make the two into one, you can say to that mountain jump into the sea. And it will ". But there was this long list of other stuff that you had to compleate right below that. It was the personal clearing work.
We can all reach our full potiential and bring great change to this world of ours, but with great ability to bring change to our world also comes greater responsibility.
     For me the clearing work ment learning the proper use for some things that I am responsible for. I needed to learn the proper for my ego. I needed to learn the proper use of my intent. I needed to learn the proper use of my personal power. All of the little things tie together to form the bigger picture. And the process can be a long one.
