Some times I go looking for a petty tyrant. It is good practice for keeping ones center, learning to keep your personal power. When people do not know source, creator or God, they do not get their power from source inside themselves. They get their power from people places and things outside of self. If someone can get me upset and in a tizzy, then I am giving them my personal power, my energy. If you do not give them your power they will find someone else to feed off of.
And then again there is another thing that I have learned to do. I call it souring the milk. Consciously give them all of the power they want but give it freely and with love, and add some intent that this power help them grow and see what they are doing. If they are not going to grow it runs them off.

hello,
ya i feel like a boxing bag. an i understand someone is under stress.... but for how long??? i also tell myself soemtimes i behave the same way.. but there is a limit to everything!

I did not read all the way through... but I know ...
First off sometimes being the perfect woman always surving allways taking the step back is the wrong action!
Sometimes You have to stand up and say shut your mouth ..leave me alone! Get out of my face! .. ( I have other things one could say but will not post here)
When one verbally attacks ............why why do they do this? Is it a control over another? Is it lack of control on the others part? Is it a way to make a bigger person out of themselves and feel in control? Is it the lack of skills of comunication to control all feelings.
It is ok to be angry, it is ok to feel hurt, it is ok to cry, to be sad, to feel happy, sad, mad , .............but it is never ok to hurt another person. It is not ok to hurt by using body to another to hurt by usiing language to hurt ..these are unaceptable.
When one stands back and takes it and lets it just roll off of your body ..you are comunicating that it is ok to talk to you like this to treat u like this is ok. When one stands up and says stop I am not your punching bag or i am not your screem at person. I do not like when you treat me like this ..then the comunication is made and should be followed through.
If the person does not understand or comprehend then its time to move to a new phase in ones life. If this is a family member ..someone you can not just cut ties with ..then one must try an alternative source.. counceling.. minster or whatever ..somoene to act like a mediator between the 2 persons. If one of the partys do not attend then the one should talk to someone and not be closed off with this.
There are ways to control anger ..

pressing hands together in front of you pressing the anger away
closing the eyes and trying to removed the stress
taking a walk
stretching
deep breaths
taking a bath and soaking
