my brother in law (x she divorced him when all this started)
he has custody of the kids ..............she actually won custody in the divorce .. how I have no idea ... cuz she walked out on them and was gone for 3 months!

now she had custody and had the house / car ect .........get this i get a call from the school my nephew is in the office saying call someone .. my mommmy has been gone for 3 night times! ... when the police arrived the windows were busted out of the house ..............and all the wireing had been ripped out! ..........thats what it took for my bil to get custody of his kids! even then it was a hard struggle! eventually my sister signed them over!

I have my niece and nephew for 3 days .........those were the longest days ever......my niece would cry in the middle of the night histarically .......saying its soo bad its sooo bad ..............her stupid mother was shooting up in front of her!

I told my sister months ago I was done ..to not contact me to stay away...........I caved in and when she was saying she wanted help .. I jumped at the chance to help save her! .. I now think it was a ploy to see if i would possibly pick her up / feed her and then give her 5-10  dollars ........now that i think of it she was saying she was getting evicted ..............maybe it was a ploy for me to pay her rent! ...

3 years ago I fell for that >. I worked my ass off at work ...........taking extra hours not using vacation time ........to pay her bills.............and she acts as if its no big deal!

I think I will take my first advice and abhi's ..cutting the ties!

I have had a feeling for a long time ..she will just show up dead one day ........

debbie, for me its never about money or anything but about responsibilty and standing up. and a leech always being a leech. it's hard to say no ... but its the right thing for you and its the right thing to whom you are saying no... NO isnt a bad word you know.

and debbie you need a doc ... your spellings are going from bad to worse

i hope the kids grow up ok.... let ur sis decide for herself.. u can always be there for her to fall back on!
