superstitions, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I was just thinking the other day, is it even good to have superstitions? do they help us in any way? why do we even need them? do we believe so much in them that we just can't let them go? some weird questions ;)). looking forward to read you opinions. greetings

just to get things started I'm going to tell you my opinion on superstitions. I think superstitions are influencing our lives too much although everybody seems to have a lot of them. The only superstition I have is related to my mood and the things that happen to me in that day. If I feel bad, then bad things seem to circle around me... but when I feel good all seems to go along perfectly. other than that I don't have superstitions.

i myself firmly beleive in them but not to the point i let them control my life. all are passed down from generation to generation. i call it wisdom from my ancestors.

Wisdom? but some of them are purely useless...
some of them even harmful.. why do you believe they are past done as wisdom?
