Hello, I am new to reading aura and I find it very inspirational to me. I have visited a site telling me about the aura and how to see it. One if the exercises was to stare at two circles with one having a horizontal white stripe and the other a vertical write stripe. The circles were about an inch apart with a black dot in the middle. I was to stare beyond the black dot until the two circles make one circle with a cross in the middle. I was successful at this but I couldn't sustain keeping the cross together. I an not sure if that made sense to you. I have been trying to see my aura in the mirror and I can't see it that good. Any reference material is very helpful and so is advice. Thank you so much. I am new at reading aura so any advice or exercises or knowledge its very appreciated. I once remember hunting with my dad in a treestand and I saw a deer. I was 7 or 8. It looked like a normal deer at first, but then when I looked closer it was blue with some sort of energy coming out of it. My dad could not see it at all, it was 75 yards away! I remember not being able to see it through binoculars but only with the naked eye. I told my dad it looked like a "ghost deer" and I couldn't see one but of brown on it. I know it wasn't there at that time, it couldn't have been. I would've seen brown or some part of deer, not just aura right? thank you for responding.
