There are 365 days in the year and only so many days of fertility. They had to be born, die or even marry on a certain day of the year. Why not when other events occur too?

It's just my husband, my children and I. These days are evolving around my grandmother and grandfather. I first noticed it with them and my first child, then I figured it out with my husbands conception day and then my other 2 children.
There is one more day, 6 weeks after my grandmother died, it's said in her religion that 40 days after death the person ascends to heaven, my husband and I met on that day. We like to say we are a match made in heaven. We married almost immediately after that.
IDK what other days are significant, life, marriage and death are the 3 most important events that occur for us.
