yes I totally agree with this that the upbrining of the person is as importan as it education.

well, each person is born with set of good and bad qualities. depending on his upbringing either good or bad qualites will become dominant.
But, when u become an adult and start making ur own choices then qualites that r uinque 2 u start resurfacing. u can become a 'good' person eventhough ur raised 'bad' or vice versa.

'good' and 'bad' are relative here. one can be raised good finncially and morally& when he grows up he can do good morally but not financially.
one can be raised in a family with imp. to education and moral value &
he can turn up to be a educated guy with no morality.

basically its a combination of upbringing & more of ur own qualities.

ohh i believe even upbringing depends on ur horoscope
