The duality of negative and positive is an earth thing so that we can all learn our lessons.  And yes, entities filled with negativity can and do attempt to control the minds of those open to the exercise.  

No one said it would be easy, but as long as your mind argues for negativity that is what you will reap - reap what you sow is a natural law of cause and effect.

There is nothing written anywhere that says that you have to live in negativity if you choose positive.  That, too is a natural law.  It is called free will choice because you have to choose for yourself where you want to be.  No one else can write that, say that, or create that, except your own mind.  Be prepared to reap what you are sowing.

You did not choose this life before birth - your statement of what we are given smacks of accepting the negativity as your lot in life.  That just isn't so.  We are born as a blank page that only we can fill.  Yes we are given talents, skills and abilities to educate and enhance in our life.  What we do with that in a positive way is the sum total of our being in loving and caring.  

If, as you say, you are a positive person, doing no wrong to anyone, then that is what you reap.  It just can't be any other way.  So, if you are feeling negativity in your life, examine and correct its source for yourself.

I've done just that.  I've examined and corrected and gone on an even whiter path.  It's reaped me only more negativity.

That isn't my fault as you suggest.   It's the fault of the negative entity attached to me.  It's something that I constantly work, with positive energy and thoughts, to get rid of.  I just doesn't work, though, because it isn't meant to.

I simply wanted a hug.  I got one, but I also got, "It's all your fault.  You're not trying hard enough," which isn't true.  It's a hard thing to explain to someone who has never been afflicted.

I'll drop the subject now because people who have never had an entity attached simply can't understand.  They think it's all in the fault of the person, which just isn't the case.

Perhaps it just isn't positive to blame the source of your encouragement?  You never know where someone else has been, you did not walk in their shoes, as they donot walk in yours.  Positive and negative - the duality - is available to us to use as natural law in our life.  Just be aware you can change anything you would like.  

If you feel overwhelmed and no longer wish to accept the 'dark entity' you feel is harrassing you, there are exercises in getting rid of it.  You have got to be willing to relinquish its influence and not accept it as your lot in life for them to work for you.
