If we manage to have a healthy discussion about a subject, then it can have great benefit from all involved parts.

If we fight against discussions as something unwanted, then we are stuck in our own opinions, and will never manage to get new impulses, because we believe we own the truth.

All discussions are healthy and we come across different view point of people who are form different walks of life. But we have to keep an open mind and able to analyze replies form different perspectives.
