I feared many things, but facing them made me conquer them. But I also fear something that I do not want to conquer: male mosquitoes - they look frightening...

The instincts rise up beyond the mind. But the mind houses that fear and manifests it and the resultant actions.

At the moment my mind is manifesting many fears and some of them are called self doubt.
