I know this is a very dicey question, especially on a forum like ours. But I have always wondered how much should a person believe in any form of esoterism???

I ask this question, because I have seen skeptics, who have zero belief and I have also seen people who let their lives be ruled by it?

So I would ask members and readers to contribute to this thread and help people find the right balance.

In any prediction or advice offered through any diviniation it is important to realize that there is always a material component where we are living and functioning.  If it is a medical issue as an example, it should Always be checked out physically before assuming a psychic issue.  But as we begin our illness journey at the spirit level, it is important to put the mind to a spiritual solution as well.

How much should we believe? Well, life is about our lessons and they our own to learn.  Putting the onus on someone or something else, merely means we will have more to learn in another lesson.  Taking personal responsibility for your own life is imperative to your own personal growth.

For me, it needs to be balanced and to listen to your own inner voice... yes card readings can give you a guidance but its what you know deep down that resonates for you that you should take notice of...

If i had an illness... then i would be at the docs..but also giving myself reiki to help...

If i was told i might meet a man, that doesnt neccessarily mean its going to be a romantic thing... yet when i read for others, you can guarantee, if there is a member of the opposite sex, immediately, they say, oh a love affair think you have to look past that and see things for what they really are..

It is essential that a seeker understand that the psychic is flesh and blood, not the divine light itself. ( something many psychics need to remember also )

There is always room for error, misinterpretation, etc etc.. this includes the possibility that pre determined conclusions are sometimes drawn into a reading being delivered as logical advice and not so much the psychic insight a seeker is requesting.
When I read %100 right, I always by pass that psychic and look for another.. no earth bound psychic is above human error, that psychic is either a scammer or ego tripping.

As a working psychic I advise seekers not to place %100 faith in any source outside of their own intuitions ( separate intuitions from wish ). Life choice must be made by the seeker never a psychic. Medical advice, major financial matters and the likes must always be in consultation with a licensed registered professional.

I find the debate on the accuracy of astrology very interesting.. the recorded accurate events are amazing... but there is always free will, multiple paths etc.. not to mention room for human error. As earth energy we must be affected by the moon and cosmic configurations just like every other particle and atom in the universe that we are yet another atom in. BUT how completely exact any human here can be in determining an individuals future given there are infinite possibilities ( beyond what is known ) is open for debate.. the small details in our lives are so minute in the scale of things... and yes things like meeting mr right and even having a child are are not so large scale except to us.
So yes there is something in it, and yes Im in awe of the ability of a skilled astrologer, but no, I will not plan a life around my chart. There will be positive positions when something is likely to occur or the universe is at a ideal cosmic alignment .. but my free will, my path, my own journey may not be the expected one.. possibilities are infinite... not all is known.

Tarot.. is also open to interpretation by human beings..  I know some readers have one formula or another and/or interpretation skills they feel are unquestionable.. but again, while some will be more in-tune than others ... no reader is %100...
Seekers need also understand what the cards can and cannot deliver.. they dont read minds, eg.. they dont make choices, they dont open doors...
and just like astrology, possibilities are infinite where the future is concerned... while a future may look pretty much likley, the trillions of paths that not just us, but others may take, likley can turn to possible, or even not likley in a heart beat.

The only absolute truth will be given to us when it is our time not before.

The only music one must dance to is that of their own heart song. This may lead to apparent mistakes or not so desirable outcomes.. but even these are essential to our journey. The tricky thing is learning to know when your following intuition or wishful thinking. ... To lessen the chances of falling out of beat I recommend being proactive in our life in creating the the one we want.. make plans, be flexible and accepting of changes and circumstances and work with them.

On saying that, I would still love to have an astrology consultation one day :(.. but not knowing my birth time makes this a treat I wont ever get to have...
I would enjoy seeing what a skilled astrologer may be able to determine for me and get a real thrill of seeing how well in synch I am with the greater cosmic universe flow..
This is the kind of thing I would recommend.

Funny.. a while back I read for an astrologer who had their own chart to consult and loved getting feedback that some of what I was able to pick up for them resonated with their chart.
But still I advised this seeker, that even this reading if given to infinite possibilities that we were not shown and the possibility of human error in interpretation.
