Swetha - I can understand the pain you are going through. Unfortunately, if you have smoked in your home...that is something you will have to deal with for a long time because that smoke is now in everything...including the paint on your walls.
For those who commented on taking other supplements to help quit ..... they do not help. They are only a crutch for smokers to fall back on. The best method is what vahte recommended.
