yes. happiness to me is anything and everything, and yet, nothing. even sad things make people happy at times. i am not talking about sadists who get pleasure out of others' pain. dejection and depression can also make people happy. remember cathersis?
being happy to see another person happy is common. but it cannot define happiness. you cannot be happy to see Osama Bin Laden's happiness. and, you really cannot please everyone to make them happy.
