As the title says ,
How do you celebrate your birthday ?
Is there anything special you do(or could do)
to help you with your spiritual growth?

My birthday is on November 9th
and i would like to get some ideas
on what to do this year

I do invite my friends and make sure I get a big tasty cake cause I get to eat what is left

There is a people who mourn the birth of a child and celebrate the death of the body. The idea is that they mourn the trials and tribulations that must be faced in life by the child and then celebrate the freedom of the soul into spirit existence afterlife.

So as we celebrate our birthdays, perhaps it is a time to celebrate the spirit within. Yes, we can have fun, food and frivolity with our friends, family, lovers, etc. When all is said and done, celebrate the spirit with whatever brings joy to the soul.
