what is your idea of Anarchy? Does going against the government or not trusting it make you an anarchist?

No...it does not...because then all Country's would have had Anarchy.

Anarchy is when you and several with you start to neglect your Country's laws and regulations, because you don't respect them, or find them of no use.

A government is mostly elected by the population, and they need to have a program to show what they intend to do when they rein, if they get the majority of votes..then this will make the foundation of the Country's development.

In a Democratic rule you will never experience 100 % agreement in a population about what is right and what is wrong, it even seldom gives 50 %, but with cooperation one manage to get a majority, so you will never experience that all agree in everything.

If YOU as citizen don't agree with the rules given by your government, you have the option to work for a change, to accept...or to leave the Country....YOU can not just say you don't accept the rules ,do what you want, and then believe you will get away with it, then you are an Anarchist, and will be judged as such.
