1. Depends on the dream...the context, I mean. Most good dreams I wake up wishing it wasn't a dream. I mull around the first half of the morning in a foul mood.
2. Don't have many bad dreams. Usually I can just forget about them and go on with my day.
3. Content.
4. The reason why I made this topic, really. Sometimes I wake up feeling as though I had just been caressed. I just have that residual feeling of calmness and warmth. Can souls travel to other people when you are asleep?
5. Usually groggy and drained of energy. Worse than-
6. -and if I'd been awake too long prior to this, I tend to do some really stupid things.
7. I don't spend nights drinking. ^.^

I learned a very long time ago that the mind dictates the mood not the dream or physical body.  When the mind can maintain its joy and happiness, the body and spirit can follow suit.
