I feel very awkward with my hands. it is okay if I'm carrying something or doing something with them. but, heaven knows what it is with me, i feel I'm carrying two extra things that I don't need. I just put them in my pockets.

that is even more embarrassing. I move around like this. and i do the same thing even before my boss. moving around with hands in pockets - anyone can get it as a wrong attitude. but, I do not mean it. Again, I can't help it.

plz, plz, plz help.

never heard about such weird problem. Cut them out it may serve your purpose.

Get it checked out with a physician. Things of the nervous system begin with the hands losing sensation and then not being able to hold things.

hey it happens to me too!!!!! i always like covering my palms and my feet! I always put them in my pocket and people think its ill mannered!! :P someone told me people who do that are introverts and always like keeping everything to themselves!

could be nervous energy, and you find holding something grounding. get a rock or a crystal and hold it as long as you need to.
