i hate milk.... have suffered frm calcium deficiency( u can see white marks i finger nails) before... but better now i guess!

Well atleast that Calcium Sandoz the one's made for women, if u decide to use that one ask ur doctor, other wise use the general which is good enough.

swetha you should be going to the doctor. If you will not then you are going to have problems in you life i.e you bones will get weak and this will give you probelm in the older age.

i had deficiency... and mom used to make me drink milk.. and now i am fine
