Forget and forgive is easy way, but some time we are forced to live or spend time in office or at home, with people who have done bad deed and they are mischievous.
How to make mind setup to feel normal so that the situation will not affect day to day work.

The best I can tell you is to dive head first into your work and pretend the others that cause you trouble don't exist. That's something I've had to do myself.

As Rhut says, If you can't avoid them then join them

. I guess the best way would be to to have as little interaction as possible and keep your mind happy.

Life is a river, constantly moving. We do not have to remain 'stuck' with anyone - how we handle our life is our own buisness.

The mind is the trigger that sets us up to judge people as good or bad for us. Love is the glue that keeps us all together.

Nothing confuses a driver on the road more.....when they give the finger, you give a smile. Returning one positive energy for the negative always works.
