If we spend life worry about the what if's and what all think we spend out time worry instead of happy

Mike Voyce - Thanks a bunch for your help.. You know it's funny you say to do that because I did and really did get the response back that I put out.. I also did that on the phone and really didn't believe it was possible,but there you go.. Learn something new every day hey.. Sometimes soul, new information is considered negative because it creates change, if it is real. The problem that we seekers all face is, "If it is real?" How one sorts that mess out is an interesting challenge. and everyone should be allowed to sort things out as they wish.

Most people have a very distant relationship with spirituality even if they believe in God, few believe in a personal experience with God. Anyone with a personal relationship with divinity no matter what name they give it has a deeply mystical beginning and intimacy with that divinity.

I am Jewish and Native American, I have persued both mystical traditions. When my daughter was growing up I was a single parent too. We lived both traditions but my daughter loved Native American spiritual beliefs and so she learned those very complex spiritual tradtions.I believe personal spiriotual beliefs deserve fellowship but fellowship among those of like beliefs. I have been to many different congregations with an open mind but that is me. I never expect other traditions to be open minded and generally they are not.

Give your child the best understanding of your own traditions but also let your child know there are differences. Let your child learn to respect differences but to realize that outside of your fellowship few differences are respected.
