It is suggested that, if we new the answers to questions before working them out, we would not trouble to learn lifes lessons.
It is also suggested that if we knew our plans without working them out we would not respond naturally or genuinely to the lessons we have set ourselves.
It would be like cheating in an exam.
You are welcome to disagree.
If there is one point on which, over years, I have been inclined to dispute with God it is that it seems almost malicious to pose us problems and, at the same time, deprive us of knowledge to solve them.
My only answer to this is humility, in the absence of knowledge I am forced to suspend judgement, even if the entity against whom I complain is the cause of my ignorance.
Regards,
Mike

It is suggested that we would not learn if we were given the answers, we have to re-find them for ourselves.
It is suggested knowing the answers would render us less (not more) capable of taking appropriate action, it would be interfering with the future, or cheating in exams.
You're welcome to disagree.
Over many years I have sought to dispute with God on exactly this point.
Does it not seem perverse to set people tasks and then take away from them the knowledge needed to complete those tasks and (in my proposition) is this not the single greatest cause of suffering on Earth?
However, I speak from ignorance since I, too, have forgotten.
In that state it is only possible to reserve judgement until we once again have the knowledge we now lack; anything else would be petulent and childish.
Regards,
Mike

J: Seeking the answers and making effort is the method by which all human beings find solutions to life's challenges. When we are given information, we fail to see its significance because struggle is a part of the process of learning.

J: I so totally agree.

J: Here I tend to digress from your insight. We always have the knowledge deep within ourselves. It is found in our spirituality. And as the purpose of this life is to enhance and grow in spirituality - that is the purpose of the challenges.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin: We are not a human being having a spiritual experience. We are a spiritual being having a human experience.
When we get that equation worked out and start to learn in spirituality, it will not stop the challenges - it will help us to find the solutions we seek.
However, I speak from ignorance since I, too, have forgotten.

J: When we open our questions and our insights to others (like this thread) we tend to get feedback to help us seek our own knowledge within. Spirituality has its own reward in progress and growth.
