Energy reality.

Ild just like to talk about energy what it is where it comes from and what i find fun about playing with energy.
When i first started meditating i was all about concentrating the energy of my spirit. It was fun ild take my aura and expand that and my mental awareness, to grow the size of my spirit.
Ild take my mind to the next level and growing into the size needed to cause a shift in consciouness.
man what an expirence it was passing from the fifth level of consciousness into the sixth. I was sitting there meditation visulising the makeup and size of the universe and its energetic relms called the planes, as i was expanding and alining my energy, i was hit suddenly with a huge heat rush that lasted ten secconds and i couldnt copntrol my limbs they were shaking like i was having an epelictic fit but i knew some thing had happend. Like what is was doing at the time seemed like groundbreaking mapping of the universe.

The universe’s astral component is comprised of six planes and the energetic matter that makes up the astral is conveniently linke to us, our aura, and our own subtle energy bodies.

It like this the 7th plane is linked to our seventh auric level and the seventh subtle body.
That body is known as the Ketheric Template.

What i was doing in my meditations is to find the energy form that was linked with the degree of consciousness and flush my spiriot with that energy, i can easily describe the foundational energys of the planes.
The seccond plane is made of an energy with the wave length of the colour white. This energy is really the energy that the soul is made of. The third plane the Mental plane is made up as rainbow,
The monadic level of consciousness is brought about by the difference of this plane compared to the second and third planes, Those to planes are connected to our own energy bodies the two planes compliment each other to help give us, in the 1st plane (the physical physical) a functioning body.

The second plane is the home of the soul, a soul is a core fibre to a person only by going through sereious meditation on the spirit what composes it, can one begin to alter the energetic fibres of the soul. Soul energy is the most potent form of human emotion.
The third plane the called the mental plane named after the connection that it has with our spirit and mind. When a person meditates and clears the chakras the energy body is invigorated as the person develops the connection between their subtle bodies becomes stronger.
When a person open their crown chakra two things happen the spirit is exposed and the mind is exposed, the point of meditation is to strengthen and wisen the spirit to the truths that are in existence.

Awearness

The fourth, the monadic and really the first level of consciousness is the colour gold and the energy resembles that of golden falling leaves.
The monad is the first noticeable shift in consciousness those that are monad know they are monads, As each one is give a suit of armour. One way to manifest the monad is to question your higher energetic self and ask if you are ready, some then have visions of the monad desending from the higher plane.

The fourth plane brings the buddhic level of consciousness, this plane’s energy is rainbow falling leaves with small golden sparks.
To meditate with these energy i would advise several steps
1.  Find a clear silent state
2. Choose the subtle body upon which you wish to meditate upon, draw in into you.
3.Draw through each chakra  the energy of each specific plane.
4. Concentrate the potent energy within you physical body.
5. Hold and release the energy.

The fifth plane the Logoic plane and has the energy appearance of a infrared picture, the energy is really a clue as to what the fifth plane plane is all about.

In the first second and third plane there as some concrete rules. The first plane is physical matter our universe, it is governed by the first three chakras the Muladhara, Svadhisthana and Manipura the lowest three chakras. This combination of chakras are usually the only ones active in a person that is energetically unaware.
Just being aware and or gifted with clairvoyance allows a person to perceive the astral plane. Due to it nature and its close proximity to the physical plane the astral is really a structureless place, although exciting for an astral traveller. The third plane is also similar in the amount of structure it has, as the nature of this place it the birthplace of ideas resulting in the chaos that is common place in this place.
The Fouth Plane is where structure begins to take a more concrete form, with this plane being divided in to Kingdoms and territories The fifth plane is a further expansion of this with social structure developing leading to the concept of an intelligible astral forms.
Forms could include:
Spirit w/ form.
Spirit w/o form.
Humanoid.
Stellar.
Plannar.
Dimensional.
One last form is an absolute but they are found in the seventh plane.
I believe that there are four pieces to a mortal. Mind and Body (physical) --- Spirit and Soul (metaphysics)

The sixth plane is the place when matter begins to cease ie the bounds of the physical universe and the continuation of the spirit realms.  The sixth plane is majorly a plane of chaos, forms that live in this place are highly volatile beings, as matter like stars and planets becoming less common place here the plane is more of a entity driven society.  
The expectation from this plane includes metaphysics example of possession, teleportation, time travel,  Parallel universe theory, War, Conflict, hierarchy.
Astral travel to this plane is highly restricted.
The human understand of this planes spirits is that they operate in a place where time elapses an in undresident rate and that is is a plane of immense size with numbers of beings could count in the mere googleplex range.
The level of consciousness here is more one of houour.
The energy is quiet neat in appearance it really just likie a infrared photo and channelling that form of energy through the energy system its neat,, neat as!

The final plane in our universe the seventh well i will say it feels like there is a secret there cunning spirits i haven’t had the chance to hear about this plane.
All i know is that the there are two spirit, called the beauty and the beast.

However the colour of this plane is a rainbow radiant white and it a relaxing energy to churn. (: to flow through the chakras)

Interesting topic. I' wis to expand my clairvoyant ability to percieve the astral plane, or higher.

But I've also heard that planes = dimensions. But in another site I go to, they say there 12+ dimensions in which either by astral projection/bi-location you could view all the dimensions, only thing is that each any every one of them is different eg: 4th dimension has time in it, etc etc. Either that or planes are perpendicular to dimensions...feedback is appreciated

I've read that there are 13 and even that there are 15 dimensions.

Working with the different dimensions there is the particular order, the lower ones are lower for a reason, and once they are developed they become the stepping stones to the higher, going high before low can and has resulted in injury. The higher realms would be

Cleansing & purifying are step toward clairvoyance and clearer dimensional awareness.

"The unconscious is ‘etherically speaking’ in the space between the meridians in the etheric body.
All this accrued or lost, dissonant energy, is the lost consciousness.
Loss causes a loss in the blueprints, (as they are affected with every karma) therefore with every subsequent incarnation the individual incarnates with less information. And a loss in the etheric body realms (in the unconscious).
Accrual of anothers matter, causes the etheric body realms to now ‘clog up’ with too much matter of others (dissonant to self). And now, the unconscious of both, with so much karma… is all about karma.
Every disease, personality abherration, relationship dysfunction – personal and global."
