That sounds about right too. Usually when I meditate, I don't use a timer, only an inner guiding voice telling me when to stop. I find it accurate, and helps me focus more instead of waiting for the beep to come to tell you it's the end of your meditating session

When I do breathing exercises I count by heart beats. It was a while before I could detect the heart beat on the exhale.

i also think that the 4th and fifth dimensions are time and space another i think is actually energy its self

If energy moves through dimensions then how could energy be a dimension unto it's self. If it is a dimension it would be one of the lower ones as the others would need to build off it.

Energy is just the vibration. How it manifests is what defines it.
